(PPT) Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” (Matt 18:19)

Every time I prepare a lesson, I ask myself, why am I doing this lesson? Back in ministerial school, in one of the models for preparing a talk, that was call, the need. In other words, what is the need that my audience has, which will be filled ultimately by the message I am preparing? Quite often, that is not only my audience’s need; it is also my need. As I like to say, I have not walked over Lake Okeechobee yet. In other words, I am walking this path like anyone else.

I think that the basic need that I found in preparing these talks is that, on one end, we have this extremely powerful Universal Law of Attractions, which has been proven to work by the people that use it and live by it, and that has been around since the beginning of times. On the other hand, not everyone is reaping the benefits of great abundance, perfect health and all the wonderful things that the Law of Attraction promises. So, here are some questions: Why is it working for some and not for others? Does it work all the time? Why does it and why doesn’t it?
Attempting to answer those questions has been the purpose of this series all along. I found out that the use and application of the Law of Attraction was quite more than having a positive attitude. The application of the Law of Attraction requires having a burning desire for the acquisition of whatever it is we are seeking; it requires the systematic use of our mind and the programming of our subconscious mind by the power of autosuggestion. The Law of Attraction cannot work unless you have faith in a higher power, which is greater than you and me and is totally capable of doing that which seems humanly impossible. The law of attraction requires focus and concentration, which we discussed last week. The Law of Attraction requires that we make decisions and take positive action based on those decisions, which brings us to today’s lesson.

Decision Antidote to procrastination
(PPT) CAREFUL ANALYSIS of thousands of men and women who had experienced failure revealed that LACK OF DECISION was near the head of the list of the 30 Major Causes of Failure (Chapter 6). This is no mere statement of a theory—it is a fact. PROCRASTINATION, the opposite of DECISION, is a common enemy, which practically every individual must conquer. Hill, Napoleon., – Think and Grow Rich.

If we look back at in time, most of the great decisions that ended up changing history were made at great risk. Many lost their lives because of the decisions they made. We would not enjoy the freedoms that we enjoy today if John Hancock, Samuel Adams, Thomas Jefferson an others would have not made the decision of organizing the Thirteen Colonies and challenge the British rulers. Ultimately each and everyone that signed the Declaration of Independence put their lives at great risk. Did they feel fear? You bet. But they did not allow fear to paralyze them.
I believe that fear is one the one factor that can get in the way of us moving forward. Sometimes overthinking things, can stop us from acting. Zig ZIglar used to call that paralysis by analysis.
Important decisions need to be made without the counsel of friends and family or other people. Every one has an opinion, and every one seems to be an expert on what you are trying to do. They also have their own fears, which they will project onto you

Most of us do not make decisions because we have not been taught to have a definite purpose. Many of us went through high school and college without declaring a definitive purpose, which is a decision of itself. We ended up settling for the first job we found. Some made a career out of that first job; some were happy ever after; many could not wait to retire from that first job.

Decisions are not only about careers, jobs or beginning a business, or perhaps moving to another city or another country. Decisions can also be about what are you going to accept as true for you, for your life, for your circumstances.

Some of accepted early on the opinions that others had about them. Some made a conscious decision not to accept those opinions.
I believe that it is important that we consider here the scripture I shared with you at the beginning.

(PPT) Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” (Matt 18:19)

This is important at various levels. We have talked early on about raising our vibration to the vibration of Source Energy. The Universal Principle in the passage of Scripture, is the principle of the Master Mind (Source Energy). Where two or more gather in agreement about a specific thing, they, which you and I know are visible expressions of SOURCE ENERGY, of God, of Spirit, they raise their vibrations to such a level that Spirit is part of that group and of that effort. And as we all very well know, with God, all things are possible.

Spiritually speaking, we all have internal powers such as faith, zeal, imagination, strength, power, love, wisdom, etc. The Spiritual master mind consists in putting taking two or more of those powers and, in a state of prayer and meditation, put those powers in agreement towards a specific purpose, always remembering that those powers are operating under the direction of your Christ self. That is the spiritual Aster Mind at work

Napoleon Hill suggests that the real founding fathers of our nation are John Hancock, Samuel Adams and David Henry Lee. They are the ones who organized the first correspondent committee of the Thirteen Colonies “for the purpose of friendly cooperation for the betterment of the Colonies of British America.” The Master Mind group of Hancock Adams and Lee generated the power that ended up with the formation of this great country of ours.

The Master Mind group must be a small, 3 to 5 max that will support each other, that are of the same mind and that will affirm each other in the pursue of each other’s dreams. If you are serious and passionate about pursuing a dream and a definite purpose, you need a Master Mind group.

Next week we will expand on the power of the Master Mind combined with the quality of persistence, to make the Law of Attraction work all the time. See you then.
